Intermittent low light levels have been observed on one of our cross-connects in one of our London datacentre locations. This emergency maintenance window has been scheduled so datacentre fibre engineers can perform fibre testing and action appropriate repairs, as required.
Whilst we don’t foresee any downtime during this window, service should be considered at-risk until the end of the window, or until a further update has been posted.
Apologies for the short notice, however this maintenance is critical to ensure we don’t see full loss of service over the link.
