We have observed a potential hardware issue with one of our core switches, which could cause device instability and impact customer experience. We’re arranging an emergency maintenance window to swap out the impacted switch along with other switches which were part of the same manufacturing batch.
There will be periods of service impact during the window. We apologise for the late notice, and any inconvenience this may cause, however we believe it best to action this ASAP rather than risk service impact during business hours.
