Tonight’s maintenance is complete, there has been no impact to customer services during this work.
Work will continue tomorrow with the vendor to further investigate the root cause of the issue.
Works are now beginning. Service should be regarded as at risk until a further update is posted.
We have identified an issue with a core switch in our of our datacentre locations which is leading to intermittent connectivity issues, affecting Broadband4 customers.
Engineers will be performing a reboot of this problematic switch tonight during an emergency maintenance window.
Apologies for the late notice, but we feel it’s important to carry out this work to reduce ongoing impact to customers.
In addition to the above planned work, increased monitoring has been setup for the device, targeting the identified issue.
