After working with the hardware vendor, it has been determined that some core switching hardware in one of our London datacentre racks has a hardware fault. A maintenance window has been scheduled to swap out the hardware for loan hardware, whilst the impacted devices are returned for repair.
The swapout will be carried out in a staged manner to minimise service impact, however there will be brief periods of outage during this window. As such service should be regarded as “at risk” from the start of the maintenance window, until a further update is posted.
