Virgin Media Business have confirmed that this outage was caused by changes made whilst investigating a fault with an unrelated service. As the root cause of the outage has been identified, we’re happy this is now resolved.

Service has been back up for the last 30 minutes. The root cause is currently being investigated by VMB. Engineers are monitoring in the meantime.
We’re currently seeing loss of service to leased lines supplied through Virgin Media Business. We have raised an incident with VMB and are also arranging for physical checks of the relevant ports on our and VMB’s equipment. We’ll update further once we know more.
