Connectivity issues for some leased line customers

The carrier has confirmed that this was a major service outage, affecting a large number of their customers’ circuits. The issue was caused by a fibre disturbance and should now be regarded as resolved.

All affected circuits appear to be back online. We’ll continue to monitor and push the carrier for a reason for this outage. As we don’t yet know the root cause, all affected circuits should be considered at risk until we provide a further update.

Engineers have observed an issue affecting all leased lines provided by one of our carriers. We are in communication with the carrier to ascertain the root cause and will update this status when we have more information.
