Mailcleaner – external access disabled

Following the recent release of the PHP2Shell exploit, we’ve made the decision to close down external access to Mailcleaner as a precaution. Mail filtering is unaffected, but the spam-release links in quarantine emails will not work for now.

If you need a quarantined email released, please contact our helpdesk with the details of the message (sender, subject and approximate time received) and we’ll release it for you.

As there’s currently no fix available, we can’t say if or when external access will be restored. We’ll update this post as soon as we have more information.
